My husband loves it but handle broke in 6 weeks

I bought this as a gift for my husband, as all his tools are Milwaukee and he just bought the large pack out to start his collection. Wow I was so disappointed when he came home from work after about 6 weeks of having it and the one side of the handle broke. I paid $100 for a lunchbox and I couldnt believe it. All he puts in there is sandwiches, snacks and 2 energy drinks. Unfortunately I cant find my receipt and I bought it at Home Depot so I will try to exchange it there. So he took the handle off since it was broken and looked ridiculous just hanging there, now he looks so disappointed when he carries his lunch out of the house every day under his arm or on his shoulder. Lugging around this big box instead of using handle like a normal lunch box. I sure hope Home Depot exchanges it. Can I get a number for Milwaukee if Home Depot doesnt exchange it He always told me he buys Milwaukee tools because they last forever, not this lunch box handle. Personally I thought it was overpriced for a lunchbox but he loves that it snaps in with his pack out.

Why dont you do what you do best and design a cooler/refrigerator that is cordless This cooler is just a cooler, cmon Milwaukee, youre better than this!

It?s a great cooler to pack a lunch for the day!

I bought the pack out cooler and mounting tray for my utv. I have one for my wife and one for myself. They dont really hold the ice as long as we hoped they would. I would love to see them come out with a double sized cooler that holds ice like a yeti cooler is capable of doing. Im a big Milwaukee fan and so are a lot of my SXS friends! Thanks! Ernie Deason

Never again please fix

This thing is nice for the jobsite with its compatability with the packout line up. It doesn't fall off the modular storage system. HOWEVER.... 30 hours of keeping ice is a bold faced lie and milwaukee should either issue refunds and or correct immediately. This MAY and I mean MAY hold ice for possibly 12 hours in the shade. But for a full 30 is lying to the public. I can't believe this is a 100 dollar cooler !!!
